Product Spotlight: Industrial Flat Panel Monitor Enclosures

The IO29 enclosures are perfect for protecting a wide screen monitor up to 25 inches and a small profile PC. Ideal for limited space environments, both dependable enclosures measure 29” H x 28” W x 12” D.
Built to meet NEMA 4 and NEMA 4X standards, the IO29 enclosures feature a sloped top design for wash down applications and to prevent water pooling. The NEMA 4 rated enclosure is made of carbon steel and offered in blue, gray, or any custom RAL color. The NEMA 4X rated enclosure is constructed of type 304 stainless steel.
The front door includes a large viewing window that is available in polycarbonate or tempered safety glass. The enclosure door is opened and closed with two quarter-turn, flathead screwdriver style latches. Key locking latches are also available

Both enclosures include an integrated VESA support bracket. With space saving at top of mind, the innovative mount eliminates the need to use the monitor stand. For access behind the monitor, the VESA bracket easily tips forward to provide ample space to house a small form PC or thin client and power supply or surge protector.
To mount electronics, the rear of the enclosure features a subpanel that measures 21” W x 17” H. To keep air moving, a 100 CFM fan is mounted on the VESA support for even air flow. ITSENCLOSURES offers additional thermal management options, including a closed loop heat exchanger and a vortex cooling unit that requires availability to compressed air.
The IO29 enclosures can be customized to include a fixed or fold down external keyboard tray or roll-out keyboard drawer to house a keyboard and mouse. The front of the keyboard drawer folds down to offer an ergonomic wrist rest. These enclosures can be mounted to a wall, pole, bolt-down pedestal, or mobile pedestal. A waterproof, cable entry gland can also be installed to run cables, wires, and cords into the enclosure.
